The 2009 Dojo Challenge was a very exciting event. Although there was a delay in getting it started, once things got going it was “rocking.”
There were a total of 8 teams that signed up for the Challenge. The tournament was designed to give 5 points for a 1st Place finish, 3 points for a 2nd Place finish and 1 point for a 3. Although the host team Red Dragons scored the most wins, Attitude First gave them some competition and finished in 2nd place.
Unfortunately, not as many people that were planning to compete were able to as the “Flu” has really been doing its best to interfere with attendance and participation. Also, the promoter didn’t do a great job with organization and some events got bumped like self defense and synchronized forms for some of the divisions. However, what did occur was very competitive and lots of fun!
Here are the results: (Please Note the finishes need to be verified so check back in a few days for the final results! Also they announced 4th place finishers but did not give points or awards for finishing. Pictures to be posted by 10/31/09)
