Exercise is ADHD Medication

Here is an interesting article.
We have lots of evidence at Attitude First Martial Arts Academy that supports these findings. Time and time again we have young members brought to us with different diagnosis. Always parents are concerned that their child will be able to participate as they don’t seem to do well at school or in other activities. We believe often times that “Yes, the child has things to work through. However, it is no different than any other issue the child may have.” For example; confidence issues, coordination issues, etc. ADD & ADHD without a doubt have areas that need to be focused on but they do not necessarily prevent the child from learning, participating and improving.
