Okay maybe that is a little bold to say, but it's the truth!   Our fitness class combines some of the best aspects of Cardio Kick Boxing, Yoga, Pilates and Martial Arts Training to create a highly FUNctional training session.   Every class is a dynamic set of different activities and exercises cordinated to make you sweat, push hard and yes, laugh!   Fun is a very subjective term! But everyone agrees that you gotta laugh a little!  So we burn a few calories enjoying ourselves but we blast out the calories and push to improved fitness levels with a lot of dynamic, challenging work!

Our trainers combine years of competitive training with certified personal training methods to create a program unlike any! We know we're different than other recreational fitness gyms and we strive to stay that way!
