SECS Training Schedule
At ATTITUDE FIRST we like to mix the training up.   Each month we like to switch gears this keeps the training from getting mundane.  More importantly it keeps your body from getting to used to the workout.   Progress tends to slow or hit platues if you continue the same exercise routine over an extended time frame.

September '09 Back to SECS "Basics"
October '09 "Hooo This is going to be SCARY!"
November '09 Turkey Shoot?  Heck we're gonna burn it!
December '09 Holiday Treats (but they aint sweet!)
