It will send you to our appointment calendar so you can pick your first day, fill out the form, digitally sign the waiver and click the button.
You will recieve reminder texts and emails so you don’t miss the appointment. Please review the map at attitudefirst.com/map for clear directions. And wear whatever normal gym or playground attire.

The participant has not been a student of the AFMAA within the last two years. The Attitude First Waiver and Release must be completed prior to attending class and understand that the participant can not attend class until it is completed. The scheduled first class date will be the start of the Trial (if no day is chosen the day of purchase of the trial is the start of the trial.) You will have 21 days to start the trial. This trial will be governed by the Attitude First Terms & Conditions.
